May we float on down that river

The mystic river with leaves that offer

Healing to the nations

May we roll up the scroll of vengeance

And unfold the fabric of peace

That binds and weaves in

All hues and families

No short-sighted wall shall stand

At the word of pundits

For the dividing wall has already

Come a-tumblin’ down

At the Word, the Prophet

Therefore, let us not persist

In the building of bricks

Nor the casting of stones

For these streets have no name

Instead, may we cherish the mosaic beauty

Of God’s sixth day masterpiece

Take in the fragrant bouquet of humanity

Fix our eyes on the paradoxical polaroid

Of the cosmos—the uniting of all in Christ
